Foam-in-place
In this process, a vinyl cover is thermoformed and the polyurethane resin is then molded directly onto the vinyl, binding the two materials together.
Thermoforming
For this process, the vinyl cover is thermoformed and installed directly on ergonomic molded foam.
This makes it possible to produce intricate or ergonomic seat shapes without the “bridging” effect of the vinyl cover. Among other major advantages, these processes provide a seamless vinyl cover, for increased waterproofness, durability, antibacterial and antimicrobial resistance.
