PPD MOULES

Located in Waterville (about 20 minutes from Sherbrooke and 25 minutes from Magog), PPD molds has been working in the low and medium pressure mould industry since 1978.  As an expert in the design and manufacture of large-scale tooling, PPD molds uses a wide range of materials that can meet the needs of its customers.

Main functions:

• Uninstall and install the various moulds on the presses, including all water, air and electrical connections.
• Make the installation of the different moulds as well as their dismantling.
• Perform mold cleaning at start-up and apply protection for production.
• Proactively intervene on equipment (water slides, oil leaks, etc.) to ensure proper operation and safety of employees.
• Participate punctually in continuous improvement projects.
• Complete some reports, forms, timesheets, etc.
• Follow the SST and ISO standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment.
• Perform any other task, requested by its immediate supervisor, in relation to its field of competence and knowledge.
