Maintain and update spare parts inventories for risk or frequently replaced components.
Respond and manage one-off maintenance requests from the factory.
Investigate causes of failures or unforeseen maintenance problems.
Take over or participate in the realization of engineering change.
Coordination of subcontractors when required.Recommend and implement the necessary modifications to the equipment in order to increase their efficiency.
Participate in the realization of corrective or preventive maintenance work on the production equipment and on the building participate in the realization and approval of the equipment validations.
Involvement with the engineering team at the level of research and product development, production design and equipment.
Perform any other tasks requested by their immediate supervisor.
DESCRITION OF SKILLS
Academic: BAC in mechanical engineering or combination of training and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum experience: minimum 5 years experience in supervision (management) or equivalent.
Special skills: good knowledge of MS-Office Tools (Word, Excel, access). Knowledge of maintenance management systems. Knowledge of automated mechanical systems. Knowledge of the concept of TPM. Functional English.
