Position summary
The incumbent of the position is responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial statements, the analysis of the various balance sheet items, the execution and monitoring of internal controls and the preparation of the year-end audit dossier.
Main responsibilities
• Participate in the end-of-month process and prepare the financial statements of the PPD group companies within the required time
• Reconcile and analyse balance sheet items
• Keep the capital record up to date and follow up on Capex
• Reconcile and prepare paperwork for project follow-up
• Prepare the year-end audit file
• Participate in the budget process
• Participate in various Government audits
• Carry out management and follow-up of administrative records
• Participate in special mandates
REQUIREMENTS
Academic: BAC in administration or equivalent experience holder of a Cpaminimum experience: 3 to 5 years experience ease of working with an asset management software (JD Edwards)
Aptitudes: shows autonomy, rigor and resourcefulness. Responsible and available person manages his time efficiently and properly managing stress. Good collaboration for teamwork
Languages: French and English (spoken and written)
Other: Excel (Advanced) software mastery.
